The Al-Fay Charity Fund is dedicated to providing supportive aid, subsidies, and emergency financial assistance to our valued group employees across all subsidiaries.
Terms and Conditions
- Subsidies and assistance from this fund are limited to the company's own employees, with full confidentiality maintained for every case.
- All aid requests are submitted by employees wishing to obtain assistance via an electronic link/form.
- All cases are reviewed by a specialized committee, with applicants contacted within 5–10 working days.
- Priority is given to distressed humanitarian cases — illness, marriage, childbirth, and similar circumstances.
- Applicants must provide a full explanation of their situation and the circumstances leading to the request.
- Applicants must attach all supporting documents needed for the committee to process the request.
- Submission and approval priority is given to the most distressed cases.
